Terms of Use
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to Pavilo. Please read them carefully before using the App or related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Pavilo mobile application, website, or related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Pavilo helps you save places, activities, and ideas; organize them into collections; create plans, events, and reminders; view places on a map; and turn supported shared content into organized suggestions. Features may vary by device, region, and subscription.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Pavilo only with that permission.
4. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. AI-assisted suggestions
Pavilo may use artificial intelligence to interpret shared content, identify places, organize information, or suggest plans. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We do not guarantee place names, opening hours, prices, routes, availability, safety details, or any other generated information.
Pavilo is an organization tool, not a travel agency, navigation provider, booking service, emergency service, or source of legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking important information with official sources before relying on it.
6. Location and real-world activities
Maps, routes, venue details, and location-based suggestions can change without notice. Visiting a place or participating in an activity may involve risks. Use your judgment, follow local guidance, and confirm accessibility, safety, opening hours, reservations, transport, and entry requirements directly with the relevant provider.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of original notes, images, descriptions, and other content you create and submit to Pavilo ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and display User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you choose.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and imported links. If you share a collection, plan, or other content, the recipients may be able to view and retain the information you chose to share.
8. Third-party content and services
The Service may display or interact with maps, social platforms, app stores, external links, and other third-party content or services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Pavilo does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, accuracy, security, or practices.
9. Subscriptions and payments
Pavilo may offer optional paid features. Before purchase, the applicable app store displays the current product, price, currency, billing period, and any available trial or promotion. Payment is charged to your app-store account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them through the applicable app store before the renewal deadline shown by that store. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account. Uninstalling Pavilo, signing out, or deleting your Pavilo account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Billing and refund requests are handled under the applicable store's rules, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
10. Account deletion
You may request account deletion through the App, at pavilo.org/delete-account, or by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your saved places, collections, plans, and other account-linked content. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- infringe another person's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- access another person's account without authorization;
- scrape, overload, or use automated systems against the Service without written permission; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
12. Intellectual property
Except for User Content, Pavilo and its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Nothing in these Terms affects warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAVILO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.
15. Suspension, termination, and service changes
You may stop using Pavilo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated violation of these Terms. We may add, change, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that apply in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Pavilo evolves or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we will provide appropriate notice through the Service or on this page. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
