Delete your Pavilo account
Hesabınızı ve hesapla ilişkili verilerinizi uygulama içinden silebilir veya e-posta ile silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz. / You can delete your account and account-linked data in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete in the app / Uygulamadan silme
Open Profile > My account > your account/email row > Delete my account and confirm deletion. If your account is connected with Apple, follow the Apple reauthentication step. No email request is required for this flow.

Email us from the address associated with your Pavilo account with the subject Delete my Pavilo account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request. Do not send your password.

What is deleted?
After a valid request is verified, account data and user content associated with the account are removed from active Pavilo systems. Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, purchase verification or dispute handling. Backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Pavilo account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your store account settings.
